I forgot to mention that I had sent RMLa request to explain if they were invlolved with Venrus. Here is the response.

We are involved with Venrus on a 50/50 basis with the Government (CVG Minerven). It is a Venezuelan company which is a subsidiary of Rusoro Mining.
