This is a quote from Agapov in an interview Dec 1:

"Rusoro is scheduled to go into kaolinite production in March 2009 to help supply Venezuela's huge need for construction materials in an ambitious program to build some 350,000 houses per year ..."

Now my question is that when I contacted Rusoro IR about Ruskaolin. They told me they had no email address for them and that they were a private company and did not know much about them. Agapov in this interview mentions Rusoro specifically mining kaolinite and in the interview mentions the specific area between LC and Brisas for the mining.
