VenRus, or Venrus, or both?

Has anyone figured out whether these are two different companies? I definetely see both used, and it is not a mistake.

Also, concerning whether or not Venrus is real, I again post the answer from RML, when I asked that, via there web site.

We are involved with Venrus on a 50/50 basis with the Government (CVG Minerven). It is a Venezuelan company which is a subsidiary of Rusoro Mining.
