If Rusoro,s bid for GRZ was not successful, then CVG could easily put money into the their joint venture company with RUSOR, Venrus, and this company being a subsiduary of Rusoro....well Rusoro could arrange to have Venrus invest in the acquasition of GRZ.

All in all they could up the offer for GRZ by $1,000,000, to $1,500,000, and still save VZ ( CVG ) about the same by avoiding a direct byout/concession cancellation, not to mention the wait while the courts figure it all out.
