Re Canadian Embassy Response

This response that JINGLES RECEIVED was very reassuring. Why couldn't Richard Marshall have done the same, and issued a Press Release that would have informed the public, shareholders and brokerages that KRY WAS FAR FROM DEAD?

If R.M. had issued such a Press Release, would that have been considered: "ROCKING THE BOAT"? Would it have imperilled our MOC?
