hrattle, you may be fine with the concept of taking the crumbs being offered by Rml but many won't. Rml will never get Grz with it's current offer. Grz is better off taking their cash and equipment to a new project in another country. They will end up in court looking for compensation for money spent already plus damages from VZ.

I don't own Grz and have a small stake in Rml. I certainly would tender if I was a Grz shareholder.
