I doubt very much if KRY would SELL them their equipment, etc. (Maybe on a fair settlement which would likely equal what KRY would receive in Arbitration. I agree with EZ Street on this!)

If Venezuela wants to break the Contract (MOC) it will be by FORMAL NOTICE at which point, we go to ARBITRATION. And should the replacement Company's stock boom, it would just be a further indication of what KRY would be worth had they been granted the Permit. lt LOOKS LIKE MONEY IN THE BANK FOR KRY!
