No it hasn't changed but Kry is the only company that could start construction right after the permit is issued. Unless Kry gave everything to CVG a new company would have to do a lot of work before even thinking about building.

KRY is the only company that can get the mine construction started immediately and VZ knows that. They won't say it till the Rml/Grz fight is over but IMHO we will be mining LC.
