Vet, my very first thought too when I read that. What does this all have to do with a referendum? Unless the agreement to Rusoro was that we will try and give you all the free press you need until the referendum and then you are on your own. Maybe why Rusoro extended the deadline for the GRZ offer until just after the referendum.
