The seizing of the oil rig was based on ENSCO allegedly breaking their contract even though non payment by PDVSA was the reason.

Kry is following all the legal procedures and not breaking their contract requirements. If the situations comes down to arbitration Kry will be able to show VZ was the one who didn't live up to their obligations.

The money noose is tightening every day for VZ. I think you see no changes to our contract and the permit issued. Every other scenario causes VZ to spend money.

Our time is coming and when it does these last couple of years will seem like a bad dream that we quickly forget.
