Yes, fairly major dump in Gold price at open of London, and closing of HK. Gold dumped also at previous day's close of HK. Difference between today and yesterday for London is that there was no immediate buy-in today upon London close.

No theory on Gold Price moving recently, just think the Big Move is still a ways off. As I wrote before, it seemed it would come back down because of the dramatic move. Only an educated guess. With the way things are and the Market being more unpredictable than usual, it is certainly anyone's guess where gold price goes.

Not so sure if you have been corrected concerning the data from the short position originally posted, as MM2's post about how the NYSE/AMEX numbers are posted - shows that postings and actuals can be different. We all can only go with what it seems to mean.

Unfortuanately, by the time we little guys learn what the Big Guys are doing, we always miss the move.
