My prediction is for civil unrest regardless of whether he wins or not. In either case, I expect Hugo to take a more militaristic and openly antagonistic attitude toward his opponents and back up his threats and bravado with rubber bullets and such. He'll use the radical left to subversively do his dirty work...and, of course, all things bad will be blamed on the United States. Not an encouraging future on the political front imho..
