What's the consenseus about what will happen after the referendum, if he wins? ....if he loses?....

I am of the opinion (IMHO) that hugo needs to go completely away. I hope this occurs because I believe that there are many voces of reason in Venezuela and the opposition parties are going to realize the nationalization of all industries is choking off any chance of Venezuela's economy to recover to a suitable level. You won't hear a lot about that in the news since Chavez is using strong arm tactics to squelch opinions opposite to his own, but every once in awhile you hear voices of reason and it gives me some hope that his ideaology and referendum will fail. Change might be too late for our situation but on can only hope.........
