I'm glad soeone else feels the same as I do. Maybe what is needed is a campaign to send Richard Marshall emails, requesting periodic Press Releases on "Social Progress reports on the Las Cristinas Project!

KRY stated in their LAST Press Release of December 14/08, that they would issue a report on the Bondholder suit when their BOD and legal adviers had reviewed the Notice of Application "concerning the commencement of a legal proceeding against Crystalllex, filed by Computershare Trust Company of Canada in their capacity as Trustee for the holders of the Company's 9,.375% Unsecured Notes due December 23, 2011. And that they, KRY, "will provide all shareholders and stakeholders with further details once a review has been completed".

So, where is the Report? Don't tell me that the "review" has not been completed!

How can we get the Report? I requested this info from Richard Marshall on Jan.30/09

He sent me a lovely email that informed me where the first hearing will be held in Toronto, but not WHEN.

Personally, I think this information should have been made public in a Press Release.
