Since last January 30 existing employees Ying Yang have closed
access to the yard for delivery of raw materials for the manufacture
of gold, as a complaint to the authorities of the state mining CVG
Minerven and the transnational Chinese Ying Yang , to end the
transition period and will eventually be the replacement of employer
in the mining company of foreign capital.
This was informed by the secretary general of Sutrayingyang, Isaiah
Campero alongside Luis Espinoza, a legal adviser to the union, who on
behalf of more than 310 workers who make life in this mine required
to assume a new pattern, in addition to guaranteeing the liabilities
of the entire labor workforce. "We want a company assumes the
responsibility of skipper, is another CVG Minerven or if there is
another mining concession, but this must be done so immediately,
because we are workers who are suffering this disorder
administrative."

In this regard, he explained that the action taken by workers affects
not be given more than 217 tons of rock gold, raw material is
processed within the CVG Minerven plants for the production of gold,
where in the month of December delivered over 13 tons of material to
the state mining industry. "Workers are producing income for the

there is no standard production."

Campero expressed that the closure of the yard delivery also
responded to the refusal to cancel a monthly bonus from CVG Minerven
for supplies of raw material, which was suspended by the president of
the company, Luis Herrera, a rate of low production of gold rocks
that occurred in the month of January in the Ying Yang. "The
president can not remove that low bond arguing because he never said
benefit was associated with the production of this company, plus all
the losses are given to anyone who wants to assume the
responsibilities of skipper."

Campero ended with an appeal to the Labor Inspectorate and the
INPSASEL to be addressed by conducting an inspection at the plant to
verify the whole issue of job security that exists in the plant,
which has caused the deaths of two workers of nationality
Chinese. "We must make the necessary adjustments in the plant and
this is the responsibility of CVG Minerven, do not expect that to
happen again a fatal accident to take precautions on this problem."
