Venezuela General Stock index has one of the lowest PE ratio in the world 3.20 as of Friday, If the Vz economy is so called untouched as per Chavez it would be a screaming buy, yet few would touch it, Chavez support base is made up of mostly low income brainwashed with limited education and it appears that they believe whatever he say without question, those in the know are either to scared to speak up or has limited access to mass media to get the real message to the public, Chavez controls the media and suppress those that are seen as opponents, still he thinks he is democratically elected, fair, I think not, until the people on Vz wake up and see the light they will continue to blindly walk down the path of Cuba
