RML can be sure to get all the backing they need from Putin. VZ has a big $1 B debt for armament purchase (no cash) so VZ supports RML too. Chavez's visit to see Putin for the armaments deal is when this all started. Agropov was probably at that gathering puting in his pitch. Has VZ promised KRY too? GRZ and KRY need support from Canada but I don't see it. If RML takeover is not achieved a whole lot of dominos fall backwards.
