Hrattle, there is no basis for nationalizing an industry where the commodity is already nationalized. There is also no basis for VZ to throw out KRY or break the contract because Kry has not broken their MOA. If there was, Hugo would have been reselling the LC project to someone else already.

We can sit hear and look at what ifs all we want but it doesn't mean $hit. The media reports don't matter. Only one thing matters and that is will VZ honour our MOA and if not what compensation Will they offer.

If you really believe all the media stories and think Kry will have their contract broken then I would sell if I was you. I personally don't think the media reports of our demise are true so I've been a buyer.

Your post may have had a question in it but the question was based on your scenario of VZ breaking the contract which to date hasn't been established anymore that Hugo moving to Canada.
