however you look at the rusoro attempt. does'nt it seem kinda obvious that venezuela was waiting for a rusoro merger before making any concrete decisions?

i really do get the feeling that a shady deal was cut with the russians in the hopes of stealing LB (and probably LC) with little/no arbitration.....

now that it's pretty much dead in the water should'nt we see hugo's "plan B"...

i'm just hoping "plan B" is: "oh well, the russians plan is'nt gonna work...tell the gringo's they can go ahead with the mine".....
