Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
RML coming after KRY will save us from death by bankruptcy, it will save us from perhaps two years of arbitration, it will make all shareholders richer (at least 4x current sp) and it will remove a lot of the doubt about LC being mined (remember that as things stand VZ have denied mining at LC). A takeover offer is a very clean way to divest - going through arbitration is not (could VZ try an environmental defence - the Imataca is a nature reserve?).
Do you actually believe the things you post? How can you make a statement like RML coming after Kry will save Kry from bankruptcy? What are you basing this on? Please explain to me because I think we have a better chance being saved by Santa Claus than Rml. I just can't get my mind around how we would be (at least 4x current sp) higher when that would mean an offer at current share prices of .335 x 4 = $1.34 a share which works out to be 1.81 shares of Rml for every share of Rml at the current share price of .74.
Your asking us to believe that we should consider a 1.81:1 offer as being acceptable when Grz wouldn't even consider 3:1.

Either you haven't followed Kry at all and your just here to pump Rml or you missed Hugo and Sanz both saying they want to start mining LC in 2009. Forget the permit denial because of the Imataca forest. This issue has been put to rest by Garcia saying we are in good standing and that there will be mining not only at LC but at the Rml mine as well. All are in the same area. You can't possibly be suggesting that Rml will be allowed to mine in the Imataca forest but Kry won't be. If Kry is looking for a sure fire case against VZ this would be the final nail in VZ's coffin.
I'm starting to wonder about your credibility when you post things like this.
