I'd be a lot more comfortable with RML as a company if they were listed on an American exchange -- pink sheets and minimal volume doesn't do a lot for me.

Right now going from holding KRY to RML for me would just be a move toward illiquidity.

I'd also like to see a much better balance sheet for RML, which obviously could be occur if one of its major holders tossed in a bunch more cash.
