putting roy, and the russians aside for a minute....

a merger/buyout with rml (for RML shares) at this time makes absolutely no sense to me...it's all risk with no benefit...

if it was a similar deal to GRZ's then we'd have to give up any hope of arbitration for the promise that RML will get to mine LC....

if it was to happen, i can see being stuck with a babillion RML shares while polyus or some other entity ends up mining LC...

we'd be left with no arbitration, no contract, and a bunch of shares of a pink sheet BS company that owns a few mines hecla and GF said were dried up....

if RML comes up with a cash offer/percentage/letter of intent from hugo it might be a different story....but as it stands i dont see where RML has anything to offer KRY...

BTW- as of DEC08 rusoro had 391mil shares issued and outstanding......thats before any buyout/merger with kry......i'm not a big fan of 1bil share pink sheet companies.....
