VZ voters Eating paper ballots!

Fox news just broadcast that VZ gov't has said it is against the law to EAT the paper ballot, punishable by jail. This was said in reference to Sundays vote as this actually happened in the Nov 08 elections by opposition voters to Hugo. Is that a great country or what?
