I would consider a merger with GRZ - Management there wants to mine as well and they bring a strong cash position to the table.

I think RML are a bunch of con artists. They pulled back their offer for GRZ after the first legal challenge -- shows they were using the inside info they recieved, were low-balling and trying to get lucky. It's obvious they bring nothing to the table.
