ICSID Settlement Question

In the unlikely outcome that this goes to court and in 3-4 years KRY receives their settlement.

My question is:

What is the value that is put on the gold in the ground? Do they use the value at the time of settlement which, if inflation has its way could be $2000-$5000+ or the current value of $900ish ?
