as soon as Chavez and his cronies finish slashing and hacking the ballot count, one for you ten for me

As the board "conspiracy theorist" let me take this opportunity to repeat my prediction that one way or the other Chavez will NOT accept defeat in this election. He will use fraud...he will use intimidation...he will use his power of office to say that his opponents have used fraud and intimidation, he will say that the United States is in cahoots with the opposition...etc., etc. One way or the other he will declare himself the winner. Tomorrow I predict civil unrest in the streets.
