The Chinese vice president, Xi Jinping will visit Venezuela on Tuesday to expand to twelve billion dollars to fund the joint investment in both countries possess and develop joint ventures oil.

The Venezuelan Foreign Minister Nicolas Maduro said that the expansion will allow the growth of the economy.
