my thoughts, since the CVG is a wholly owned corporation of VEN i would think any breach of contract/liability/arbitration would fall on the principle (VEN)..much like the PDVSA and exxonmobil.....

one could argue that the dismantling of CVG would make our case stronger from the "breach of contract" end...

i.e. "cvg is to expedite all permits"......well, they'd no longer be in a position to do that.
