Richard....Has anyone from KRY asked any of the high level officials that you have been in constant contact with the following questions? If not...why not? If so...what were the answers?:

1. Are you aware of the impending arbitration deadline for end of May?

2. If "yes" to question #1....why are you ignoring our written inquiries requesting clarifications of Sanz' statements quoted in the international press and do you intend to allow the arbitration deadline to expire...requiring KRY to battle this out in court?

3. Are you aware that we are almost out of cash and are being sued by our bondholders? Further...are you aware that that jeopardizes our ability to function as a company and continue to comply with our social obligations much less get the mine construction financed, up and running to create jobs and tax revenue for Venezuela?

3. Are you guys just corrupt or crooked or both?

4. Is Ubiri Ortega a man or a woman?
