Have to agree with OpGal. Although it may make for "interesting" (and likely arguementative) posts, if there is no substantial proof, your hearsay and conjecture is just that, hearsay and conjecture.

Management has their own "style" and I do agree it does not feel good to be kept out of the loop, so to speak. Complaining that management is not giving out pr's to support shareholder value is one thing.

However, speculating on management "stonewalling" and especially claiming "illegal transactions" is borderline (to some maybe over the line) to KRY management bashing. Might want to tone it down a bit.
