We have no clue what management is doing behind the scenes to further our position. You seem to think they are just sitting around wasting money. All we know for sure is that they cannot comment at this time.

I respect the fact that management is discrete with what they do and don't say. As I have said in the past....I'd like to think that things remain extremely sensitive at this juncture and for management to take a defensive stance, as you suggest they do, would hurt our chances of securing the permit and moving forward. I for one continue to trust that they know what they are doing and will deliver a resolution that will be fair to shareholders, bondholders and the people of VZ.
