I never said I couldn't wait until May 28th, the point I am trying to make is that at some point, Management must act decisively, no more delays, and must inform Venezuela that Kry is proceeding with Arbitration on May 28th!!!!!

I am aware, and I am sure you are, that this 6 month delay that ends May 27th/09 was due to the Treaty existing between Canada and Venezuela, and in order to fulfill our obligations, we must honour this 6 month period, but there is no justification for any further extensions.

I'm sure that the Judge at the ICSID will resolve any sensitivities that may exist without resorting to any further extensions.

I'm in to the end of this "saga".
