Pam,

I hope it's more than a "remote possibility" and that Arbitration won't be necessary.

But the 09 AGM will be my third, and I would like to anticipate a satisfactory resolution to the impasse we are in.

If our Permit is still illusive, I would like to think that I can count on our Management to take a strong position by pursuing Arbitration without any thought of further delays.
