Hi gohorse44, I think it's certainly standard practice not to say anything that's not in ones control. I do feel that KRY has been used as a pawn in the RML bid for GRZ, to say anything may not be viewed favorably by VZ. To say Rm has been told offically is not the case, but I'm sure he's aware of the current situation and direction. He says nothing until he' been notified by VZ and only then can he legally make a statement.

We are coming into the season when VZ makes permit anouncments and our projects will be completed. Agapov stated that we will all know our directions by June. VZ has made a conserted effort to get minning moving and off the ground. I think KRY will have permit and arbitration will be avoided.
