don, i agree that the venz have demonstrated they are not anxious to have kry or grz mine thier properties (as much as i dont like it, all facts point to this). if they wanted us, we'd be mining already...

currently i think our hopes rest on two avenues of action..

1. we make it as hard as possible for venezuela to get rid of us and fight an "un-profitable" takeover if one is presented. this could make hugo decide not to squeeze that extra lb of flesh out of LC and settle on kry mining it..

2. we enter the arbitration process as soon as possible....either forcing venz hand in issuing the permit or taking our chances on a settlement....

the worst decision in my mind would be to bow at this point...i think mngt's current course of action is probably our best bet....and i'm sure they've worked out all the possible scenario's with regard to cash on hand...
