Zen, I don't buy the "inefficiency in MinAmb" excuse, either. It's time that explanation got retired permanently!

Remember KRY's "mining equipment in Houston" card that KRY still has. It's worth about 80 to 100 million dollars and can be sold to provide more cash for Arbitration. Or, it can be used as leverage in any attempted merger or buyout.
