the thing is.......i think now is the time that hugo would be looking for "absolute necessity"......LC could generate billions of $$$ very quickly if prompted....imo

Not to mention the fact that we are going to sue his ass for oodles of money at the end of May whether he gives us the permit or not...and at that point these crooked Vz officials won't be able to play the share price on their 3rd party "press releases" anymore..
