oracle, folks can correct me if i'm wrong but here's my understanding. unfortunately doing business in mexico is like doing business in the US, compared to doing business in venezuela......venezuela is ranked in the bottom couple countries for doing business right now (political risk/corruption)...along with the "stahns" and some african countries...the only reason anyone is here is because of the size of the deposit....

in kry's case the CVG actually holds the "concession" and has signed a contract with kry to mine it...the CVG is also responsible for assisting in obtaining permits and the timeframes for production/social investment and lifespan of the contract dont start until kry recieves "the permit"...this was supposed to be the favored situation in mining JV's and partnerships....but hugo tends to change his mind, his ministers and his tactics so often that no one in venezuela seems to know whats legal, illegal or outdated......
in grz's case, grz holds the concession, in rml's case (who knows) i think they have a mix of old style concessions/new style JV's right now
