dparge, i'd have to say the bondholders might have pushed the issue with regard to IA....but, imo, the issue needed pushing......hugo, is not in the same position he was in 2 years ago (hell, i dont know anyone that is)......but there's a lot of money on the line and his little "wait til we get around to it" games dont cut it anymore....

kry is not the bad guy here...neither is RML.....or don-wys....maybe mineonmoney (but we wont get into that).....

it's just the way things are....and the way things are, either hugo gets off the pot or he is gonna scorch venezuela (with regard to the economy and how they are viewed) for the next 30 years....
