Rangel mentions a "soon" to be completed sewage plant "KRY's?". He also mentions the completed water treatment plants that have been completed over the years. KRY has completed 3 water treatment plants. No mentions of KRY in the article but you have to wonder if the "soon to be completed" sewage treatment plant mentioned is KRY's which is due for completion by the end of this month.
