No mentions of KRY in the article but you have to wonder if the "soon to be completed" sewage treatment plant mentioned is KRY's which is due for completion by the end of this month.

Investments for Bs.F 254 million has been drinking water in Bolivar


Ciudad Guayana, Mar. 05 ABN .- Since the arrival of a real government bolivarian andalusia Bolivar state in 2004, the water service has received an overall investment of around 253.8 million strong bolivar, which has allowed the service to over 94% of this entity.

Rangel Gomez emphasized that the decision to create the water opened the door for direct reception of resources from central level to improve systems, networks, water treatment plants and other urban and rural systems.
