Though if this show goes to arbitration through ICSID and you are a lawyer siding with the Crystallex side the first thing you would throw on the table is:

Why the heck does Venezuela enter into an agreement with a company to do mining and then break the agreement for no good reason?

I still hope we will not need to go there with the Ven. Govt.
