I am quite agitated by the stunning silence while we wait. So to be constructive with my anger I offer these simple suggestions for our remaining millions.

1. Go out buy some white paint, and paint over they Giant Crystallex sign at Las Cristinas. Management should get a clue and stop advertising the fact we can't get anything done in V. Along the same lines this socialist government has expressed many times its disdain for the west’s arrogance of thinking they own natural resources. The Crystallex fortress kind of goes angst everything Chaves stands for. If you want to be a capitalist do it in the shadows. Finally in place of the big Crystallex sign paint something else in its place. It should be easy to guess as it is painted in about every other place in V. I'll let the board guess what I am thinking.

2. Hire a Russian or be better yet V Native American Exec. We have put all our eggs in one basket, might as well pull out all stops. Bruce from everything I have read was everything Hugo hated about the west and Gordon was and idiot. Why not bring in somebody for pure face value. Like Hugo’s brother, cousin I don't care. If you cant find somebody in V or Russian; Fung find some friends in China and come over with the next Chinese delegation. It worked for Rusoro. You don’t have to be Chinese to appear Chinese to Hugo government.

3. Change the name of the company to HC Mining or Hugo Chavez Mining. Couldn’t hurt, could it. I would love to see the day the Hugo government denies Hugo Chavez Mining the permit. That would be worth the loss of my money.

4. Fire the ??^& lawyers. This V firm has bled me and you dry for 10 years. These people are idoits. bloods suckers, or both. The fact they played a role in reasons why we didn’t get the permit angers me more than you can imagine.

5. Finally the next time you go to V to get told everything is on tract with no problems. Please make sure you are wearing you red shirt, red overcoat, and I love HC pin.
