Maybe because im getting sick of this wait im reading to much into the play of words from your e-mail from Andrea,but it seems to me a few thinks have changed or maybe its just how Andrea communicates differently from Richard.Richard always says the company is still optimistic,now its "cautiously optimistic" and we go from regular meetings with government officials to "periodically" .Again maybe its just me being tired of this saga.Hopefully within the next month our social obligations are completed,medical center and water waste plant,and we will get some kind of general feeling for which way we are headed.
