KRY has invested over 300million dollars, and we have built all the social projects that they have asked for, we paid all the taxes and bonds requested, it is KRY that have done all the mining studies and data proving the viability of the mine, KRY has a viable contract limiting its expenses, etc.

When in full production KRY IMO will earn .56 or more per share. The Court will IMO take this into account when awarding damages

Chavez has stated that he wants gold mining in Las Cristinas to commence in 2009. IMO, this can't be done without giving KRY the Permit.
