Going to arbitration will not get us the permit awarded imo it would seal both our fates.

Midas I would agree with this almost completely.

Could you just imagine? After a ten year long effort, then thru arbitration and with an award in sight, the Vennies offer the permit which stops the litigation.

Only to revoke the permit again the following week.

I would suggest that a permit offer after arbitration begins would have to include some legal and monetary gaurantees from the Vennies.

And I hope you are right about the quick decision up/down by the vennies soon!
