With all due respect to other member opinions but it would seam a bit to childish that Chavez or his associates would come out with such a statement or even thoughts about it.
Wishful thinking always brings out the best of choices from what is really a very bad scenario .
There must be darker problems and or insoluble situations that need to rectified before a permit is granted.
I am not saying that Chavez is against us getting the permit ,because we are the best and cheapest choice for him , but there is something in his political and economical agenda that is preventing him to do so .
Our only problem is time ;
time for us investors with money locked up in this venture not producing any gains,
time for the company running out of funds even to pay the everyday expenses.
I believe that Chavez , proclaiming himself as a savior of the " pueblo " true is socialism , has to find a solution and apply it for the small miners before he can entertain the idea to grant a permit for gold extraction to the "gringos ".
