I had that feeling for a while, but then I realised that maybe they were not "badly translated" but that Chavez and his team actually think, talk and act just like what we read in the translated english reports. Confused, contradictory, impulsive and just plain ignorant of the realities of the rest of the world and completly incapable of managing any productive enterprise let alone a whole country...
