joe, one thing i think kry mngt has done wrong over the last 4 years is the lack of PR locally in ven.

most of the more recent articles i've seen from local sources almost never mention kry's involvement with water, houses etc...rangel the rascal has his face plastered on every project kry has paid for but i dont see cottin walking by his side handing out free kry hats to the locals...

rusoro hands out 1/2 dozen stuffed bears and it's on every news wire in the world...

what we need is for sanz to take a stand and get this party started...all he'd have to do is go down to bolivar and say..."the ministry of the environment is holding up these vital projects"...
