that being said.....i think he missed the point...

don's "reasoning" seems to be that there is no gag order and kry is'nt doing any PR because there is no interest in these projects....

as a shareholder i can say "i'm interested"...also, the whole point is called "WORK", if there is no interest then you work to create interest through PR (even the russians understand that)....

personally i believe there are 3 possible reasons why "no PR"...in order of likelihood

1. must be some sort of gag order or implied directive to keep mum on the subject and lay low....this may have come from sanz OR rengel..

2. the projects are not as "grand" as we have been led to believe (either by design or local corruption/piferage)...also rangel

3. management does'nt believe in the power of PR or goodwill...no, that would just be insanely stupid!
