I think the operating procedure for KRY management is that they're not going to do anything to start a big fuss.

I sent an e-mail (twice) to KRY a couple of weeks ago simply asking if, or when, the clinic and sewerage projects would be completed. I got no response. Leads me to think we're close to news of some sort or KRY's keeping their powder dry for the arbitration filing.
